David Patterson, Chief Executive Officer / Senior Systems Architect

David Patterson received  his Ph.D. degree in Biostatistics and Physical Anthropology from the University of Toronto.  Dr. Patterson is a systems specialist with over 25 years experience in information systems engineering.  He is an expert in database management systems in the Windows, UNIX, and VAX operating systems. Additionally, he has in-depth knowledge of network systems and multi-protocol communications technology. He was an Assistant Vice President at the Bank of Boston where he was director of network systems and PC application development.  He founded Runestones Development Corporation with Frank H. Shaw in March 1991 to develop an organization  which focuses on systems integration and application development.  Dr. Patterson received his undergraduate degree from Case Western Reserve University.

Frank H. Shaw, President / Senior Software Engineer

Frank Shaw is a software design engineer and programming language specialist who has worked for many companies including Digital Equipment Corporation, Wang Laboratories, and National Semiconductor as a software engineer and consultant. He has over 22 years of diverse experience in programming with high level languages across many platforms.  He founded Runestones Development Corporation with Dr. David K. Patterson in March 1991 to concentrate on database development, distributed information systems, and multi-processor systems.  He was educated at Western New England College with a B.S. in Computers.

Charles Jenkins, Vice President Sales / Business Development 

Charles Jenkins oversees sales operations and business development at Runestones Development Corporation. He was educated at Texas Christian University with a B.S. in Chemistry.  He was a research engineer at Cabot Corporation and Raytheon Corporation for projects with the U.S. Government.  He established and managed the Northeast offices for System House Limited selling turnkey MRP and distribution systems.  He expanded communications and network products sales as North American Sales Manager for Able Computer, reaching an organization of 50 people and more than $20 million in sales revenue.
